GeoBrix does not pay fees or commission to anyone for raising property investment money. We provide shares directly to you the investors not through sales people or brokers, events or networks who are paid commissions. This results in more of the property investors’ money being invested in the construction or renovation project.
How does it work?

1. We Buy Homes
GeoBrix finds the deals, negotiates the purchase and closes the deal.
2. You Invest in the Property
Non-Accredited Investors become partners in the actual real estate.
This is Not a REIT or Stock.
3. We Renovate or Develop Houses
Our renovation and developments increases value to the property.
4. You Get Paid
After the property is renovated, remodeled or developed we pay out cash
distributions to you, the home investor.
