These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of geobrix.com and to calls, emails, and text messages you receive from GeoBrix Inc (“GeoBrix,” “we,” “us”). By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.
GeoBrix Inc is a North New Jersey home improvement company. Work is performed by licensed and insured partner contractors. The contractor performing your project, its New Jersey registration number, and its insurance are named in your written contract.
Information on this website and estimate requests are not contracts. A project begins only after you sign a written contract, which states the scope, price, payment schedule, warranty, and your cancellation rights under New Jersey law.
These SMS program terms apply to the GeoBrix text messaging program.
Program: GeoBrix Inc sends text messages from (973) 846-1438 to customers and prospective customers who request an estimate, book an appointment, or start a project with us. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and quote links, project and scheduling updates, payment links, replies to your questions, and a request for feedback after your project.
How you opt in: by checking the text message consent box on a geobrix.com form and submitting your mobile number, or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency and cost: Msg frequency varies (typically a few messages per project). Msg & data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You’ll get one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe.
